1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Computer Expresso's services, including our planned franchise locations, website, VR demo rooms, gaming stations, and Meta product experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Computer Expresso provides:

  • Premium coffee and beverage services
  • Gaming PC stations and console gaming rentals
  • VR demo experiences featuring Meta Quest headsets and Meta Glasses
  • Custom gaming PC build services
  • Franchise opportunities and investor relations
  • Retail sales of gaming hardware and Meta products

3. Meta Products & VR Experiences

As an official Meta partner and experience center, our VR services are subject to Meta's Terms of Service. By using Meta products in our demo rooms, you also agree to Meta's terms available at meta.com/legal/terms-of-service.

You acknowledge that:

  • VR experiences may cause motion sickness or disorientation
  • You use Meta devices at your own risk
  • You must follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff
  • Damage to Meta equipment may result in liability for repair or replacement costs

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Respect other customers and staff
  • Not damage, misuse, or interfere with equipment or services
  • Not use services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

5. Age Restrictions

Our services, particularly VR experiences and gaming content, may have age restrictions. Users under 18 must have parental consent. Some VR content and gaming experiences are restricted to users 13 and older in accordance with Meta's policies and gaming content ratings.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments for services, products, and rentals are due at time of service. Refund policies vary by service type:

  • Coffee & Beverages: No refunds after purchase
  • Gaming Sessions: Refunds only for technical issues preventing service
  • VR Experiences: Refunds for early termination due to motion sickness or technical issues
  • Gaming PC Builds: Subject to individual service agreements

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are the property of Computer Expresso or our licensors. Meta product names, logos, and designs are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPUTER EXPRESSO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING VR EXPERIENCES, GAMING EQUIPMENT, OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Franchise & Investor Information

Information provided about franchise opportunities and investment options is for informational purposes only. Actual franchise terms, investment requirements, and financial projections are subject to individual agreements and due diligence.

10. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
